I found the 2023 Nissan Armada SL online and asked for availability. Lexie Tutt called and emailed me a video of the vehicle. She asked, what was a good day to come and test drive I told her it would be the following weekend. I completed the application online and was approved. Took literally forever to give me the car I paid for. Multiple weeks of driving a loner. Overall, the car is great now that I got it but my goodness.
Really enjoyed working with Nana to find my vehicle. He was so professional and personable and did not try to upsell me beyond my budget which is rare these days. He kept me calm throughout the selecting and buying experience, which was quite impressive since I was in a recent accident which totaled my Jeep and I was quite shaken. I am a fan of Hudson Nissan of Charleston and especially Nana. Customers should request him to help them!!
