John Michael was a fantastic sales man. He thoroughly covered every angle to make sure I got the best possible deal that fell into my budget. Communication was impeccable. The management team stepped up the deal and made it where saying no would have been a bad decision. Every part of this process was how car buying should be. I love my 2026 pathfinder.

Everyone was wonderful. From the time we walked in until we left with the car we purchased.
Salesman, DeAndre set an appointment for me to me and then cancelled on me and sent me to another sales man. Then on the day I bought the car I had to wait two hours for him to get to the dealership. I bought my car on Friday and the car has engine problems. Nelson told me to bring the car in today to have it serviced only for him to ghost me. The service department then told I had to bring my car back because Nelson lied and said they would have a loner for me. My experience has sucked thus far.
They did not discuss any package with oil changes. It took over 5 hrs just to buy the car. Had much better experiences at other car dealerships
