I went to the service department for the first time I went to the service department for the first time recently and was able to schedule with them quickly. They were very friendly, efficient and thorough. The service technician was thoughtful in explaining my service plan and setting my car to notify me of my upcoming service needs to meet the warranty requirements. So far I am very pleased with the service department at Hudson Nissan.
Excellent service rep! Excellent service rep! Polite and had things ready earlier than projected. communicated effectively and timely! Walked me to my car too! Negative would be service coupons offered on line aren't representative of the total service package needed on a particular service. There are add on's which make the coupon moot. Pricing for services are expensive
