Arrived at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment for oil change Arrived at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Didn't leave until 11:00. Just took a very long time for an oil change.

first time i came it was very busy and took 4 hours for first time i came it was very busy and took 4 hours for an oil change, although i did come on a saturday. this time it was totally different my advisor was really nice (mr. stoner) and also gave me a break down on what all was needed on my car i was done within an hour going on a thursday!
