As a first time buyer i didnt have a clue what i needed to do and didnt need to do. Hunter didnt inform me of much , i got my information from my realtor . If i didnt have one i would have been left in dark. I think this process was made harder than it had to be. In part to my ignorance to what was going on. As much money as you guys make off of loans i just think you should be more informational. Let the borrower know one wrong move can turn everything upside down.
