Hunter returned my calls and emails very quickly. When things changed through out the process he was very quick to help get it resolved. The process can be scary and even with it's uncertain turns, with someone like Hunter there to guide and assure you, you can handle it. He stayed in constant contact by phone, email, and text message. During such an important process feeling comfortable to ask questions sometimes over and over without feeling like a burden is imperative. Hunter patiently yet aggressively led us through the process.

I had the Seller on this deal. I had zero communication with the Loan Officer. Buyer agent asked me to pay for their mutual clients rate lock because they didn't catch that the date they chose for closing was after the expiration. The Lender was prepared to close on or before expiration, however we were not past negotiations to be able to do that.

Hunter communicated well throughout the whole transaction, but I do feel he lied to myself and my buyer. When I was negotiating the deal I got with him on how much closing costs we were going to need. We got the seller to pay 3% and he agreed he would “make it work.” Fast forward to days before closing and my client had to bring over $4000 out of pocket.
