Pat and Josh called ask if they could come early. Fine. Prompt, polite, protective of base boards and walls. Carpet was not overly wet and dried fast. I would have them return. Good job.

Adam and Noah arrived actually more than an hour before they were scheduled but not before calling to ask if it was ok. They were very fast and the carpet looks like new again. YAY!!!! The cost was as discussed in the estimate with no surprises. I would use them again.

Adam and Josh arrived within the time stated and introduced themselves. They were neat and professional. They explained the process. I asked for some extras and they told me the cost right away. They took very good care of my nice furniture. There were some old and new pet stains and they really worked on them. I will use them again and will recommend them.
