Tech called and asked if it would be ok to come early. He walked through the house with me and explained what he would be doing. The carpet looked great after the cleaning. We were very pleased. They also cleaned our other house before we moved out. We will continue to use them.

I would recommend Hydro Clean!!! On Saturday I sent an email for a quote, Brandon, the owner, responded within 15 minutes of that initial email! WOW! With in an hour we had an appointment set up! He said they could come out the next day on Sunday!! That didn't work for us so they came out Monday, gave a window of 11am-1am. Patrick the technician called at 10:30am and said he was on his way over and would be there in 20 minutes and 20 minutes it was! Hydro Clean kept in great communication and did arrive within the scheduled arrival time. They were very thorough with their cleaning and the carpet looked great when they were finished. I would use Hydro Clean again when it is time for another carpet cleaning.
