"Last two cars bought via text and email" I have bought 4 Nissan NV passenger vans from I-90 Nissan since 2013. The first two were a great experience but the last two (the most recent being 3/15/2020) were super easy. I emailed\texted what I was looking for, got an answer they they could help, got an offer with all the numbers in an email and asked if we could sign all the paper work in under 90 minutes and be done. "Service as it should be" Patty Wagner and John Vuyancih are major assets to the service department. John graciously took care of a service mishap from one scheduled maint. appt. and Patty is always on top of things. They take care of things, quickly and smoothly.

"Rich B" John Bennett was excellent very detailed in feature of car very upfront in pricing. Follow up lesson on how to use features even better. He explained maintenance facilities as well.

"ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE " This service team is always kind, courteous, helpful and personable. Benjamin Sink was very prompt and time conscious. I was out in half an hour and everything was done and perfectly. Very goo experience.

"Relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff, and great pricing." I had a great experience buying my new Rogue for I-90 Nissan. The sale person was very helpful, informative, and personable without pressing just to make a sale. I particularly enjoyed the café style lay out of the showroom. It was less formal than the typical desk set up you find at other dealers with you on one side and the sales team on the other. This felt more like sitting down to talk over coffee. "Great Dealership" Everything about I90 Nissan is excellent from the buying process to service. Always fast and professional. Keith Cantrell, a great sales person, both time I was there. When we leased our first car he was the salesman. Great Guy.

"Great Service!" If you want a great salesperson ask for Al “Superman” Kent! He listens, works for you, non judge mental and just an overall great person. We came in one yr ago and ended up not buying at that time. Al kept in contact- sending us a info - but nothing over the top. We came back a year later - he welcomed us- worked with us- and we ended up buying not 1 but 2 vehicles! You won’t be sorry - ask for Al!!
