"Service Dept thumbs down" 3+ hours for an oil change and flush fluids and all the service dept mgr could say was spend 1200 more dollars and get a tire discount. I was a loyal customer and bought new there. Yeah right I'll be back.

"Amazing Customer Service!" This dealership and sales staff went out of their way to make sure I ended up with the perfect car! I initially went in to turn in my lease and downsize to a smaller car. After driving it, I decided it was not for me. Miles, my salesman went above and beyond working to find me another Murano.
