it is compatible with alexa and everything just became too easy. I love it.
I had some issue with connectivity, but the customer service team got back to me quickly and we figured it out. The system is quite easy to use, and I've used it remotely several times. I would give it 4.5 stars, but I feel like the app could use a facelift. Otherwise, no real issues other then the interface can sometimes stop working properly and you have to reset the system.

Freezes every time I try to establish a schedule for the pool pump. Have to sign out and back in. Does the same thing on all devises. Android, IOS, and laptop. Update. System had to be rebooted from the base station. Since this initial issue was resolved I have had no other problems. Would be nice to have the ability to reboot the entire system from the app as it is a vacation home for me so I am not there all the time.

The web app needs an update to the UI. The web app also locks up if you exit the schedule page without saving. Youll have to contact support to have them unlock it. The android and iphone apps work well with the limited functionality, but, those limited functions are the most used for everyday users, so im happy with both of those.

App itself is fine. Control functions such as freeze protection make no sense. If you are going to have a Freeze protection Speed setting let that be the setting the system runs at. Not the higher of Priming or Freeze! So much energy wasted for no reason due to this.
