slow when programming the schedules. doesn't have an option to pick certain days of the week. you need to add each day manually. little bit outdated.

on my 3rd year with robot & app. it is not climbing the walls to get out of the water like it was before, might need a part, idk Update: Tech support reached out with suggestions to look into. Great help!!!

Hi Tracie, Thanks for rating the app! Ensure the filter canister is empty and scrub gently to clean. Check the cleaner's tires for wear. Check pool walls for slippery microscopic algae, which you can fix with a shock chlorination treatment and slightly reducing the pH. DO NOT leave the cleaner in the pool during this treatment. - iAquaLink Support
App has generally worked well but now having a few problems. I logged on and it continually wants to do a firmware update which never actually downloads. Eventually it either says connection lost or after several hours I have to leave the app as it's not possible to access any of the functions. When I log back in the same process begins again so I can't run the pool heater. There doesn't seem to be any way of overriding this problem. I've contacted the company but not had any response as yet.
Great program presets, one touch does it all.
