Have been a long time customer.. Love the app. I don't love how they will tell you that you have 2 payments option and then when your agreement comes out..it is only one time repayment..It has happened 3x to me.Very frustrating.. I also tried to use the desktop site on my phone. I tried to change my amount and it would not allow me to do that...so I had to download the app just to create a new loan. I did email customer service but they never did get back to me. Do better icash.

Hi Stephanie! The repayment schedule is automatically set by our system and considers your payroll or income schedule. Also, our system considers the repayment criteria set by the applicable laws governing the industry in your province.
DO NOT TAKE A LOAN! My bank account has been frauded by this company. As soon as I opened a police report they have stopped responding to me. Taking money from my account biweekly when I have no Loan with them. I am being forced to close a bank account I've had for 20 years.

Customer support is terrible, call and talk to them about arranging a new payment date because my bank will be closed due to a holiday, and they refuse to change payment date. They say I will just have to be put into the collections and talk to them about arranging payment.

I get enough money to pay back my borrowing amount its deposited into my account i shouldnt need 2 incomes just to borrow. I was tomd icash helps people that have been effected by covid i get 1000 every 2 weeks almost . this is a bs ive been denied 3 times plus 3 months of not being able to even try for a loan

I will put it 5 stars but icash isn't working anymore it doesn't want to except my credentials bmo bank of Montreal so one star for now till you fix it other then that I have been able to loan from you before two months ago I'm with bmo bank of Montreal like I said it won't except my credentials anymore I don't know if I'm getting my PW wrong or what ....

Pain to deal with. It works but only on their terms. I switched financial institutions long before I ever took a loan out with them but then they decided that I don't have enough proof of income anymore.
