Customer service with this app is a joke never replie and phone number doesn't help. Wait time are more like 24-48 hours instead of 1-2 hours for a loan. But the overal app is easy to navigate and apply for a loan. it could be a good service but needs major improvement to timing and customer service.

Used to be an outstanding company with great service...2 years ago. As of August 2021 the staff is obviously overworked and overwhelmed with their workloads, as it takes nearly a week of emailing back and fourth to get proper technical support. Now that other loan companies have caught up digitally, I strongly suggest everyone take their business elsewhere.
