Never likes to easily connect to your bank account. Takes several attempts. Also does not give you the amount you request. Always less
Tried several times to use the app unsuccessfully. It asked for a civic number that not even city hall or the police could tell me about - no one has ever heard of a civic number. Which apparently according to app suport is your house or apt number, then asked for my apartment number. If you knew they were the same why dis you ask for a civic number no Canadian has ever heard of. Then it told me all my information was incorrect whwn I know it's all correct, and triple checked. I feel S.I.N theft.

Made me think I was gonna get some type of loan even took my banking information just to turn me down....I went thru TD bank app got what I needed ....Lost me as a customer but it's not for everyone right...I will never bad mouth this app but I'll never recommend it either sorry......
I figured based on what I make a week I would have been able to borrow more at a time
Well at approval it said deposited but no funds...confusing no etransfer email.
Was not impressed at all.
So this app/site is great for convenience but the app is buggy as hell when filling out a loan request, I had to restart the app multiple times to get it to work and when all was said and done I was only allowed 200 out of 1000 which is kind of a joke as I've gotten loans of 1000 before from places like cash money or money mart - if your in need of a small loan then this may be worth it but otherwise look elsewhere

You said no documents a SIN number is a part of a document
If u use icash for any reason dont pay ur loan off early with a joint account. It takes 2+ days to get posted to proper account. When u call them be prepared for lies and games. First day they never got an etransfer second day is i will call u when tech switches money over. U can keep on calling and they get ruder and ruder. Oh best part is them messing up and it is ur fault.
