My husband and me have been with Idaho Central Credit Union for a number of years, we've rarely had any issue with them and our banking has been handled smoothly. I had an occasion to discover just how on top of things they are in terms of keeping an eye on our accounts. I opened my account with ICCU at this branch and the gentleman I worked with (his name is slipping my mind) was incredible informative and helpful. Every time I've visited this branch, which is a lot because it's closet to my work, I'm impressed with the high level of customer service and friendliness. Never had a bad experience here! I always love ICCU!

Not good at all. Their customer service is nothing. I have called on three separate occasions seeking customer service and have been told I have to do a video chat or go to a branch. So, I went to the branch and asked for help. A banker took me to his desk, asked what I needed, then took me to another room and put me in front of an ipad to do what I needed to do. No matter what you do, do not take out a loan with Idaho Central Credit Union. This is a scam. They will overcharge you and tell you will be refunded, then refund half your money and give any excuse in the book to steal your money. Run, run from this Credit Union.

Hello there:-) Not a great company, not terrible but: I was charged a late fee for putting my money back in AFTER 8pm one evening after work. Several times. Iv called numerous times for assistance, and waited over 10 minutes. There is not great thing that they offer actually. They charge us for anything they can, & offer nothing back other than another institution that gets your money.

ICCU was one of four banks I deal with regularly. Absolute the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I highly suggest you choose any other credit union in Idaho.

Long waits in the phone always and they make it extremely hard to connect a bank to pay your bills. Im leaving as soon as I can with my car loan. They are nice at first but never follow through.

They messed up ALL of my on-line banking. They used to be great but now they are too big for their britches. Find a better option!!

Zelle person-to-person is $500 limit per day split in two, no way to increase for more than a day. Want to wire instead? Two day hold on checks then three days for wire. They're more scared of fraud than losing customers.
