I was eventually politely contacted by someone at ICCU regarding this issue, and after reviewing what had occurred, told me I had in fact met the terms of their offer, credited my account with the rewards, and said they would conduct training with their folks to properly deal with this issue. However in responding to the BBB complaint, they said I had not met the terms of the offer but were giving me credit anyway. So I'm not sure where they actually stand on this. So far so good working with ICCU. Great people and good service. Working on an equity line with them currently so we will see how it goes. so far, a little stressful but I have faith they will come through on their end.

I finally opened a checking and savings account with ICCU after years of my girlfriend telling me to do so. This bank is awesome. I love their website. It is so user friendly.

I'm a long time Idaho Central Credit Union customer and have always been incredibly pleased with my experience. What I love about this location: + Drive through for convenience with two lanes in addition to a lane exclusively for ATM use. The drive though also opens a half hour prior to the lobby and stays open a half hour later than the lobby. + I have only ever received the utmost in friendly and accommodating service whether inside or at the drive-thru window + They're open on Saturdays until 3pm + And, of course--t... read more

What's not to love about ICCU? Typically, the low fees are what brings new members into the fold. They have plenty of free checking and free savings options for individuals and for businesses. They also have low rates on car loans, mortgages, and the like. They have full-service banking without the full-service banking price. They're not just out to make a quick buck for themselves. We recently moved to the Boise area and were in need of a local credit union .First we stopped by a different credit union (remaining nameless) and was shocked to hear that they charged a fee every time your account dipped below a certain dollar amount. Not that I expected my account to drop below that amount, but the point was if they charge you for that what will all the other fees be? I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. Too busy to be believed. I came in to help a friend get a basic account, and we sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before someone could help us. Other people that came in after us, were given preferential treatment. What's up with that? You would think that someone who wants to join the credit union would be given a higher level of service. They are either badly organized or understaffed.
