I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Too busy to be believed. I came in to help a friend get a basic account, and we sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before someone could help us. Other people that came in after us, were given preferential treatment. What's up with that? You would think that someone who wants to join the credit union would be given a higher level of service. They are either badly organized or understaffed.

Went into the Pierce Park branch on Friday to cash my check, the man who dealt with my bank account was nice to my face the second I turned around he opened his fat mouth and started talking shit about me. The last time I checked I pay you to handle my finances and how dare you talk shit about the people who come in to use the banking services! Wish I could give these banks a worse than 1 star because I don't feel that's deserved, if you want to open an account at a bank that will constantly take bs hidden fees out of your bank account than this is the one to go to. Also the security of your account is horrible as mine was making payments to credit companies that I never owed anything to. I'm 100 dollars behind on a credit card so they send me a letter in the mail telling me they'll repossess my vehicle (my auto loan is through them which i am not late on) if i don't completely pay it in 10 ten days. I have tried to explain to customer representatives that i have been ill and out of work and getting some surgeries done. Probably going to start using my other bank more and phasing out ICCU. They've been asking a lot if I want to change my account to an account that can be overdrafted. I usually turn them down, but this month I have a couple of big things coming up and I knew that I might have to. So I stopped in and finally signed the paperwork. I just opened an account for an auto loan, I finally revived my paper work on the loan all it contained was the monthly payment no loan amount or payoff or interest rate. So I looked up the phone number on the internet { because there wasent even a phone number on the paper work} and called them it went directly to voice prompts and was on hold for 30 minutes before any human being answered. there is no direct branch line just a generic number for all branches.
