Came in on a Saturday afternoon to open a new account because the bank that I have been banking with my entire life doesn't have a branch here, yet. I believe they had 2 tellers at the counter. They got me signed in and within minutes Jessica came over to me, to get me squared away. She was extremely personable and friendly. She had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am not an ICCU customer regardless of the spam texts I get stating that I am overextending my balance. I did have to go inside last week to help deposit some monies for our son. It's a new branch located next to the McDonalds, Le Peep, and Northwest Pets in Meridian. The staff was busy but there was a monitor that provided all sorts of information ranging from the Stock Market, whether for cities around the world and news from AP / Reuters. Great people and services. Multiple locations. All the things the big banks have forgot.
One of the best choices we ever made when moving into this area was making ICCU our bank for just about everything. But what we want to give them a high-five for has been their loan department's efficiency thru the 3 houses we have bought here. In one case, we wanted them to issue and close a loan in 3 weeks. Now most people don't realize that 3 weeks is warp speed to initiate, appraise, vet the borrowers, and approve the loan. So why the need for speed, you ask? The staff here are so personable and friendly, my favorite drive through bank in town. Never a bad experience and always giving me their A game, big kudos to this location !
If you need a local bank this is the one for u. They always have convent location and anytime I have had to go inside the staff is super nice and happy to help in anyway they can. I really can't ask for anymore from a finacial institution then this. Glad we made a move to ICCU.
How can you not love ICCU? I have been a member for a long time. Never one complaint. Excellent customer service, friendly and always helpful.
I like the idea of supporting a local credit union. I love banking w/ them. I been going to this branch since they've opened. They have friendly tellers & they have a kid's corner so my kid can keep herself busy while I am doing my thing! ATM located outside the bank. There were a few times that their ATM were out of order. That's my only bad thing about them.
This bank sucks. I can never put money in any of the atms because they are always down at every location .
