I didn't feel like I was receiving any customer service. If you only need to get to the front counter, the wait was short. Trying to set up a new account took about an hour before I saw anyone. I feel you should go elsewhere, to someone that cares.

I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. Absolute slowest service ever. Avoid this branch at all costs. Good credit union, terrible branch. Staff has no clue how their loans even work, and were super rude and inconsiderate towards me. Shame on you.

Terrible! My husband recently passed away and I traded his truck in which the dealership payed off and I had a credit that was deposited in our joint account. I called to see what loan amount was paid off because the dealership owed me for two payments and that wasn't the case when I went to cash out and close the account. They have a copy of his death certificate and don't even hold the tile anymore and still wouldn't give me his wife any info. I will never use Idaho central EVER!

Wish I could give these banks a worse than 1 star because I don't feel that's deserved, if you want to open an account at a bank that will constantly take bs hidden fees out of your bank account than this is the one to go to. Also the security of your account is horrible as mine was making payments to credit companies that I never owed anything to. Once I realized this was happening I called ICCU to get it figured out and they did nothing to help. Told me to call some credit company and didn't even give me they're phone numb... read more

Terrible customer service. They don't seem to have a clue what's going on with your account, don't offer respectable resolutions, and then don't follow through with what they promised. Do your banking elsewhere, with a company that is better organized and can provide better customer service.
