We had a great experience setting up our accounts at Idaho Central credit Union. We have only used a virtual bank for our entire marriage, and as we were purchasing a home we needed a physical bank in order to make the process run a lot more smoothly. I can use ICCU to deposit checks to my CU in California and make cash withdrawals with no service charges because they share services, that's one of the many reasons I use credit unions for all my financial needs

I had high hopes for this credit union given my initial interactions. Unfortunately the staff appears to turn over frequently and some tellers (Ramona in particular) have been unfriendly and condescending on a regular basis. I will give kudos to Jen the branch manager however, who was quite professional and resolved my issue today. I would still rate this credit union much higher than a national bank-even falling short of my hopes as an average nobody consumer.

Visited this store today, I was blown away with how clean of a design this store has! I should have taken photos, hopefully if I ever need to visit again I'll remember. I was greeted by Jennifer who I think might have been the manager? I'm from out of the area and don't need an account but needed to withdraw from my own credit union's account and this was nearby. Was just really impressed with the store and thought I'd share my experience since the store doesn't appear to have had any reviews in a long time!

I've never loved a bank before ,,,,but this is by far the most accommodating group of professionals ever .I'm not a big fish anymore, but they treat me as if i am !!! Today Jessie Allard , took a hideous situation and made it all better !

This bank has been awesome. They have helped me with my car payments and have the lowest fees of any bank. Unfortunately no 24 hour assistance. They also do in house printing on your debit cards if you lose it or is stolen.

Went ICCU Branch at 1410 N Government Way, Coeur d Alene, ID 83814 to make payment arrangement for an ACH OVERDRAFT ON SAVINGS ACCOUNT. The teller Tabitha then stated she needed to get authorization by BRIAN VOLK. Upon speaking to VOLK he informed me of a charged off checking account of something like $114.00! Unsure.
