I have been a member of this CU for the past six years. When I first became a member, they were recent additions to North Idaho area. Though they have a large presence in Southern Idaho, here in the north, they small and very helpful. Now that they have expanded their presence in the area, they have become a horrible place to do business. I have had nothing but problems with their credit card security group. I bought a truck and Findlay Ram convinced me to use ICCU instead of the financing I had arranged. I immediately started receiving marketing emails from them. I unsubscribed and called in to have them make sure I was not on any email lists. I continue to receive marketing emails and the agents just say that they are trying to enhance the benefits they provide members.

I have had 2 accounts with ICCU for over 1 year and recently opened a business account. Trying to reach someone in the branch by phone is very frustrating as all calls are routed through a Pocatello call center. Today I was on hold 10 minutes waiting for a branch account manager to take my call and finally gave up and hung up. Also, I recently inquired about a small loan, only twice the amount in my savings account and after being assured it would be simple quick process, got a call back that underwriting would need a boat... read more

This is a "wanna be" bank. They are picking up the bad habits of Wells Fargo but none of the good ones. I have been with them about a year, and I am thinking this is too long. I am not into a bank that spends all of my money in stupid promotional tricks and ugly vehicles that I have to sponsor. BE A CREDIT UNION... NOT A RIPOFF BANK... I will NOT recommend this bank at this time.
