Love the drive thru! I had no issues with the ATM & the driveway was wide enough 4 my vehicle as well. With a newborn, I have a renewed love for all things curbside and drive thru, esp in the snow & winter, so thank you very much from a mother who'd rather stay cozy & warm in her vehicle than park, grab a stroller, etc. I appreciate you!

I absolutely love ICCU! When I arrived in Idaho a year ago, I was banking with Bank of America. To my surprise there was only a single BofA branch and it was located in Northern Idaho. My husband and I both were told my multiple people that ICCU was the best credit union around and they came highly recommended. We made the switch to ICCU and our experience has been great. Been banking with ICCU for over 30 years and I would have to say that the only improvements I have seen are in that they have more locations and they are open on Saturdays. I used to do all of my loans through them but even though my credit falls into the "very good" category this bank seems to have a problem with having competitive rates or even giving loans in a timely fashion. I have kept an account with them just because of their location to my house but most of my banking is down at another bank that has better rate... read more

I was skeptical to sign up with this credit union since I figured it was a small bank and I had never had an account with a credit union. I signed up in 2010 so my ex who was overseas could easily transfer child support into my account and told them I would close it once he got back. I never left. I love this location as it is close to my house and the tellers are super helpful. Went inside today for a cash withdrawal. I think the dress of the staff is too casual--in a scruffy way. The male associate who helped me was wearing old jeans and a too-small, faded bank t-shirt. Even at the mid-point of my 35-yr career in bank credit administration, we still wore collared shirts every day. Jeans were permitted on Fridays (without holes). Enough of the dumbing down of the business world. Are other credit unions and banks in Idaho dressing the same?

Problems registering account online. Tried chat online, then called. Took 3 tries to get answered then on hold 10 minutes. Then they put me on hold to try to solve problem, another 10 minutes on hold then they say they have someone to help and hang up on me. When they call back they say someone will have to call you back. Guess what no one called back. Went to Cherry Lane location. I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times.
