I like that the phone reps were helpful and pleasant when I renewed my CD this morning. Their automated phone system, however, is a bit frustrating, let alone annoying. Very annoying! First, it asks you to enter your card number ( I needed to re-set my card PIN as I don't use it too often and totally forgotten it). Anyways, after you entered the whole 16digits card numbers it'd asks again, as it does on all of the other set of numbers, like your b/date & the 3digit security code in the back of the card. WHY? Wish I could give these banks a worse than 1 star because I don't feel that's deserved, if you want to open an account at a bank that will constantly take bs hidden fees out of your bank account than this is the one to go to. Also the security of your account is horrible as mine was making payments to credit companies that I never owed anything to. Once I realized this was happening I called ICCU to get it figured out and they did nothing to help. Told me to call some credit company and didn't even give me they're phone numb... read more

they used to be great - now they arre too big. their mortgage rates are not competitive and they get immediatley sold to new lender.

Cherry lane & 10 mile location seems to take forever to process a simple deposit. To top it off when given a deposit slip with the transaction tends to put it in the wrong account. If it happened once or twice ok but three or more ridiculous. Not impressed!
