edit. The problem I was having was resolved within days. app works great. pretty good other than I don't get notifications until I open the app. that kind of defeats the purpose of notifications.
I've been with ICCU for several years now and have had nothing but a great experience.
Banked through these guys for years but now it's seeming like one thing after another. spent hours on the phone last week fixing stuff, and just went to pay myself and can't even do that. looks like yet again have to take my focus off work to spend hours on the phone with the bank. I will change my review when everything's actually fixed and running smooth again.
