The app is user friendly, gives you control of your card to shut on and off when threats occur, the service is the best in town, I love the video chat option and when you pull up to drove through you get a video chat as well. The I person when inside is always so friendly, helpful and you leave knowing you made the right choice by switching.
Ok, this is a tentative rating. Just now, three minutes ago, installed the app. This rating reflects the ease and efficiency of user interface with the abilities of the app. Thus far it is as good as it gets. The ease and simplicity of using this app is as good as any of the, " Premium " apps on the market. Why only four? Room for improvement in the expectation that I experience an event that I deem substandard.

the process to set up my new account was easy, took a little extra time on the weekend because only remote employees had access to that system, but we were able to do it via a video conference from my local branch. minor difficulty resulted in a dropped call but aside from needing a little patience, it was a good process. I had a large transfer balance check that took a rather long time to clear because they needed to make sure the funds fully cleared but that is just good banking practice.
I have taken my samsung s24 ultra into my branch a couple times. I cant get Zelle to work to send money. I have done updates and reinstall still disent work. I wo der if changing banks would help?
