I just want to say that I love living here .I have lived here when it was Novo Avondale . It change hands to icon Avondale, I can honestly say truthfully that the manager Jeremiah is very Professional and cares very much for the Community that he serves. The events and ideas that Jeremiah and his team do for the Community are amazing go all out, I am looking forward to the next one . If I could give Jeremiah the manager more that 5 stars I would also his team . Great job

I have made this my home for just over 2 years now and I do have to say I really like it here, staff are really excellent and caring they try to help as much as they can. I was having plumbing issues and they came right away, the staff working on my plumbing name was Marcus Sorrells. I went to tour an apartment and found the area really beautiful and quiet. The units looked nice as well. Although I didn’t end up going with this complex because I ended up finding something a bit more affordable- The leasing agent Victoria was so great from start to finish! She answered every question I had and showed me units she thought fit the vision I’d described. She also followed up with me, listened to my concerns and was just overall accommodating. I did write a review a couple of days ago regarding Icon Avondale and some problems they where having, I talked to the manager, she seemed very nice and explained that they are sorting things out when it comes to the gate it is a computer hatch not the gate . So to be fair I am changing my stars from 4 to 5 .

I am getting worried 😟 I have been here since April 2020 and the staff and management where wonderful, then they sold the company from Novo Avondale to icon Avondale i have noticed a few changes the gates where open throughout the thanksgiving holiday which I am not understanding why, It worries me because now anyone can walk through the gates as they are open especially now the holidays will be here soon. Also needed to talk to someone after the Thanksgiving holidays regarding rent and water fees however ... read more
