Nice Property I like the apartment. Any issues I have, they fix it the next day. I love the quietness of the complex. Affordable price in my opinion.
Serene Quality Apartments This community has all the bang for your buck. The amenities are wonderful. All units are newly remodeled and updated. I would highly recommend this community. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
Peaceful and safe environment I rated this with 5 star as my application goes smoothly ad got approved after a few days. All staff are so friendly and accomodating especially to Karen,who helped me all the way until i got approved.
Highly recommended I like the apartment because: 1. I feel safe and secured. It is a gated area and they are really closing the gate 2. Quiet place and close to nature. It feels like I am in the park 3. Great costumer service, very friendly staff and attends to your concern promptly 4. Walking distance to Martha/ train station 5. Near the shopping area, hospital, pharmacy 6. Appliances are all working great. I love this complex! I absolutely love living here. I moved to Decatur from out of state a couple months ago and my new neighbors and Novo staff have really made me feel at home. The property is mostly quiet, guarded by security, has a quick maintenance team, and the staff throws resident events! We had the cutest wine and whiskey night the other day and it was awesome. I am really happy I chose to move in here and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking to move to this area.
First Time living in an apartment- love it Yes, they are still remodeling. But, you know that moving in. With that there are some bumps in the road, but the staff is EXTREMELY attentive if you bring the problems up to them. The office makes it easy to communicate with them and they will let you know if there is anything that will impact the whole community. Don’t do it. I’ve lived in multiple apartments in my life and this has been the absolute worst one. The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear the person next to you using the restroom. Living on the 3rd floor means nothing because the person below you sounds like they are walking above you. The key fob to the gate is a joke and barely works and the leasing office knows it. The worst renting experience I have ever had - Not so luxury I have a couple years of experience, but I will keep this short and just make bullet points so you don't have to go through and read for all of the details. -Black mold & mold issues -Building literally falling apart - had the gutter hanging off our apartment for at least 6 months.
