Take your money elsewhere This complex came under new management a few months ago and it has been steadily going downhill ever since. The first thing the new owners did was hike the rent nearly 20% while adding no value to the living experience. The security gate has been in poor repair and the number of police officers onsite went from 4 to just 1. If you're a light sleeper, good luck. After living here for almost a year i have yet to see what is "luxury" about it. The apartments craftmanship and construction are laughable at best. You can tell they were just slapped together in the quickest way possible to get a tenant in fast. It seems as if there is little to no insolation as well. This place sucks I’ve been living here for about a month now, apartments are not that bad for the way they use to be. One thing I dislike about this place is they are renting out apartments when they are still not finished renovating the place. For the past two weekends they had to shut the water off on the property due to some leak, they said it would be from 10am to 2pm and it ended up being a whole day type of thing.
