The staff at this location are professional, courteous and are all rock stars. Whether it is obtaining a loan, coming in for a card replacement (not because I lose them all the time! lol) or help with other transactions. I also love that, any time I have had fraud on our accounts, they are either on the phone calling us about it or are quick to handle the complaint. Thank you for great service!
Super friendly and clean building. I went without an appointment and was able to open an account with no problem. Maria helped me and she was super sweet and personable.

This location is HUGE! I needed to make a deposit on a Friday afternoon and this branch was the nearest one to me. I expected it to be chaotic being that it was a Friday and it was the closest ICCU to the mall & freeway. While I'm sure they can get super busy, they were not when I arrived. I prefer to use the drive up teller. I like that ICCU uses screens so you can be "face to face" with the teller through video chat. This branch has a bunch of drive up teller bays. This is a great location! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling staff that actually seemed as though they enjoyed being there. My visit was very quick and extremely pleasant. Thank you very much. Great customer service is very much appreciated.
I have been banking with them for 2 years really happy since I switched to them. The online banking is really easy and simple the people working here are always very very nice
The reason that I like ICCU is because of the brand. I don't bank at ICCU-- I bank with Mountain America Credit Union, but they have shared banking which allows me to go into ICCU, or use the ATM's, and do all my banking which is helpful ,especially when out of town, and both ICCU and MACU participate in this co-op. I've been with ICCU for over 3 years now and I am very happy with them. They are very helpful and friendly and can quickly resolve any issues I may be having.
Best bank I have ever used. Ever time I switched banks was because they were sold to someone else and we are thalking big banks like BOA. The staff is so nice and very helpful. I love everything about this bank and will stay with them forever.
