Entire staff from receptionists to billing person to pre-op prep to surgeons are very caring and compassionate. Cataract surgeries were done painlessly and quickly (not rushed). Highly recommend this facility for any eye treatments and surgeries. Jean W
All went as well as could be expected. I received the multi visión lens replacement in each eye along with the cataract surgery. Both eyes recovered and healed as expected. All nursing staff and doctors were very friendly and professional. The administrative staff was also very nice and helpful. The follow up services have been done with my personal Optometrist in Afton, WY. All has gone well although one of the lenses in one eye may need a replacement to get to perfection. I was impressed with the people who made a scary experience seem not so scary. I was made to feel comfortable while getting ready for cataract surgery and after it was completed. Thanks to all who not only did the job they were hired to do, but took time to care about each individual person.
There was only one problem with my visit. There was one person in the lobby carrying on a conversation and was talking so loud he was disturbing the whole building. He should have been told to leave or to hang up . Totally inconsiderate. Other than that, my visit was top notch.

Everyone was patient, understanding and had a good attitude. They answered all my questions and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do, no pressure in any direction. The whole group seemed organized and efficient. I always had early morning appointments, and the weight time was minimal.
Total experience was top notch. The information before & after the procedure was awesome. The staff was great and the doctors were great as well. I would recommend Idaho Eye & Laser Center to anyone!
Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. There was never a long wait for my appointments. My surgeon was great and answered all my questions. Surgeries were a “piece of cake”. I highly recommend.
