I was treated very professionally, and was told ahead of the procedure everything that they would perform. Great staff, wonderful doctors.i give them a thumbs up all the way around. I highly recomend Idaho Eye and Laser Center.
Everyone was patient, understanding and had a good attitude. They answered all my questions and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do, no pressure in any direction. The whole group seemed organized and efficient. I always had early morning appointments, and the weight time was minimal.
Total experience was top notch. The information before & after the procedure was awesome. The staff was great and the doctors were great as well. I would recommend Idaho Eye & Laser Center to anyone!
Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. There was never a long wait for my appointments. My surgeon was great and answered all my questions. Surgeries were a “piece of cake”. I highly recommend.
Every one was great to work with! I am having one eye redone because I can’t see quite clearly. But everybody there helps and makes things so easy and I enjoyed my experience and I’ve enjoyed seeing better. Dr. Wynn and Dr. Gardner are wonderful doctors that care and want to do everything right I really appreciate them.
The Dr. Cannon was marvelous. The crew was great. But the girl that measured my eyes for the lenses messed up. I got the wrong lense in one eye. Had to be removed and replaced. Yes you paid for it. But it cost me FOUR additional trips from Arco to your facility.
