Everything went very well. I have had no issues. Everything went even better after I received my new glasses.
Surgery and staff were 6 stars. Billing is the reason for the 4 star rating. Medicare pays for the surgery and after care. It is confusing to determine what is surgery and after care. I bought the panoptix lenses which seem to confuse the lines.
Overall very impressive experience. Everyone was personable and professional from the reception staff to the Doctors, Nurses and other staff.
I had a great experience with everyone there. All the staff were superb. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr Wynn and Dr Gardner were phenomenal. So happy I chose Idaho Eye and Laser Center for my eyecare. Thank you!
For stepping into the unknown it was more intense than I thought it would be. But everyone was very attentive to my needs and the doctor is awesome!

Everyone was professional and great to work with. Very happy with the entire process from the pre-exam, surgery etc. to them releasing me back to my original Doctor.
Everything about my experience was great from the front desk to the nurses, assistants and Dr Hansen. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone who need their service.
This was a nervous thing to walk into but the staff was so caring.
