The whole staff is friendly, competent and efficient. Instructions were very clear, and I love my recommended Vivity lenses! At my one month checkup with my optometrist my vision is 20/20..I am very happy with my outcome!

I think the actual surgery was well done. There was some confusion about the financial part. I received two very different estimates about how much my insurance was being billed. Shelley told me "$200 of what I pay is sent to my local eye Dr" (each eye). The billing person at Oregon Trail Eye Care says this is not true ("we don't receive any money from Idaho Eye & Laser"). Some of the post Op paperwork was contradictory. For the first surgery post Op instructions nothing was mentioned about drinking alcohol, but it was... read more
