I have had a great experience investing with Ignite Funding so far. My account rep Kate really knows the business well, and she gives impartial advice in evaluating loan options to invest in. The process of investing in a loan is pretty easy and all done online. Each month on the 15th the interest payments for my 3 Ignite loans are ACH'd to my self directed IRA. I've been investing for a few years and like the rate of return. Of course with this, you want to be sure that the business is legit. I've never had a problem, the communication is great, and they meet timelines. I will continue investing with them and I have recommended them to family members and friends.

I participated in this type of investments for well over 40 years. When I moved out of my previous state I really needed to find a new trust deed investment company for a variety of reasons. After some effort, I found Ignite Funding, specifically Kate. My wife and I find ourselves actually preferring Ignite to our old company, much more. I have been using Ignite Funding (IG) for my financial need since 2016 and have introduced IG to 3 of my friends and relatives. Since 2016 IG has been making every effort to improv its service. I've been investing with ignite funding for about 2 years. Multiple loans. Dawn is excellent. Always follows up on emails and emails. Very important to me there! Slowly getting away from stocks and more towards fixed , passive income. Little concerned with the real estate market right now, but will continue to invest long term

Kate at Ignite has been very easy to work with as I, too, am familiar with the loans that they are doing. I sue to do what they do at a smaller level. Ignite does a very good job on their loans, and if I have questions about the procedure, they are there to answer. I would recommend them as a good investment as they have many loans to pick and choose from.
