I've been investing for a few years and like the rate of return. Of course with this, you want to be sure that the business is legit. I've never had a problem, the communication is great, and they meet timelines. I will continue investing with them and I have recommended them to family members and friends.
I participated in this type of investments for well over 40 years. When I moved out of my previous state I really needed to find a new trust deed investment company for a variety of reasons. This is my first investment with Ignite Funding and it will not be my last. Kate Butta was great to work with and has a wealth of knowledge to provide and the process from start to finish was easy.

I've been investing with ignite funding for about 2 years. Multiple loans. Dawn is excellent. Always follows up on emails and emails. Very important to me there! Slowly getting away from stocks and more towards fixed , passive income. Little concerned with the real estate market right now, but will continue to invest long term
Kate at Ignite has been very easy to work with as I, too, am familiar with the loans that they are doing. I sue to do what they do at a smaller level. Ignite does a very good job on their loans, and if I have questions about the procedure, they are there to answer. I would recommend them as a good investment as they have many loans to pick and choose from.
My introduction to Ignite Funding was through Kate Butta. What a pleasant experience. With her patience and guidance, we now have just added a third parcel to my investment. I have one in a non-IRA account and two in a traditional IRA account. Always helpful and knowledgeable Kate made the transition to a IRA account effortless. I would highly recommend this type of investment to anyone desiring a 10% return on their money.
