My family and friends have been investing with Ignite Funding since May 2019. We are now invested in about 15 loans, including those in our retirement accounts (through Ignite's third party IRA administrator Preferred Trust). I have now been with IGNITE for a year and been a very demanding investor wanting details about each investment beyond "the normal". I was in many ways testing Ignite Funding to the limits. I always get answers the same day from my investment representative Colby or the Client Service team and with a courtesy that is unreal. I just completed my first investment with Dawn and Howard's guidance, Both representatives were knowledgeable and helpful. If this works well, I will add more as most of my assets are in mutual funds, ETFs and other stock market related investments. My initial contact has been very favorable. Everything I checked out in advance has looked promising.

I have been with Ignite Funding since 2017 and invested a significant amount of money with them. I was referred to Ignite Funding by a friend who I fully trust on investment issues but still conducted my due diligence and educated myself before investing. Ignite Funding was great to work with. This was my first time doing this kind of investment, but they answered every question and walked me through the process as you would expect for a larger investor. I worked with Dawn P**** and she kept on top of things even during the pandemic shut down. My return was far better than leaving money in the bank. They've earned my trust and I believe I'll do further investing through them.

Ignite funding has been an excellent choice for us since 2017, the 10-12% interest, the short period that the money is tied up (6-18 months). IF the loan gets defaulted (which has not occurred) you have a piece of a property that Ignite Funding resales for you. There's no down side, but good monthly passive income. So If you have $10,000 or more in your bank account or IRA you need to sign up with Ignite Funding! Highly recommended passive investment income.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Ignite, especially Colby T***. He is always helpful and professional, and he is outstanding in his communication skills. I have absolutely no complaints!
