Illinois Retina Associates is a very organized medical provider. I was seen by the staff at my appointed time. Each person I saw was very efficient and thorough. They moved me from one room to the next, seeing different people in each place, and with different parts of the exam being performed. As soon as my eyes were sufficiently dilated Dr. Pollack examined me. Afterward we had a brief discussion about what he observed my condition to be and what I should look forward to.
Dr. Pollack Was very professional kind and considerate. Dr. Pollack resolved all my questions that I asked. He also explained to me about my eye. He reassured me that by my next visit, he would be changing my medicine because he wasn’t satisfied with the condition of my eye. I thank him for that. dr. Dr. Pollack is the best of the best! Look at his progressive, continued learning on the retina! He stays current on the latest information. A genuine passion! You are not herded though his office as other places I have been. I have diabetic retinopathy. When you are concerned about your vision, Dr. Pollack and his team are the top choice. Just Google him and you will find out! I'm grateful to have found him.
Excellent care by Dr. Pollack and staff, from the front desk to the clinical and photography staff. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else. Thank you, Illinois Retina Associates.
My experience was decent. They weren't running too far behind, and I didn't have to wait too long. People were friendly for the most part. Doctor Pollack was okay. He seemed a little short with me, and possibly annoyed. I came in to be examined for a potentially serious eye issue. I asked clarifying questions and repeated back information. I'm not sure why that would be such a put off for the doctor. He could use some further attention to his manner with patients.
