The office visit was very efficient with their time. I was looked after quickly. The doctor answered any questions I had and did a thorough exam. I would recommend them.
Very pleasant doctor, confirmed course of action another doctor suggested, able to do procedure without needles unlike other doctors I met with. Took the time to review the situation and corrective measure and made me feel comfortable with the situation. Good follow up after the appointment for review. Office ran well. Could use a few air cleaners in the waiting rooms would be great!
I got right in, got my exam done, and made my appt for next year, easy as can be. Everyone was courteous and helpful. y results were well explained.
Dr Pollack makes the “shot in the eye” not as bad as it sounds. My visits every 12 weeks is almost a pleasure except for the dilation.
Dr. Pollack is a true professional. He has a pleasant personality and addresses any concerns that you may have during your appointment. I would recommend him to anyone who has eye or Retina issues.
