I chose Ilya Kosenkov to be my mortgage broker for my first condo purchase. Ilya was very patient, helpful and expedient throughout the whole loan process. Before the sale, Ilya was able to give me great advice on a number of items. This included giving me an introduction of the loan types possible and possible rates to expect.
