I definitely would recommend Ilya as an agent for buying a house. He explained all possible financing options, highlighted pros and cons of each one, helped to choose the right loan that fits our finance condition and plans. I'm personally going to return to him with all the future deals on real estate market.

I liked absolutely everything in working with Ilya: that he knows all about mortgage and can suggest, that the process of collecting the documents and closing the deal with him smooth and predictable (I received the report and explanation on every step of the process, which was very useful as I took the mortgage first time), and that he is extremely friendly and patient even after the number of questions which I asked in the process.
