My daughter just recently moved in here. The whole process has been nothing but a breeze. Samantha has been absolutely amazing walking us through the application process. Making her feel comfortable and making sure the home was 100% move in ready. Any little hiccups she thought would be an issue she made sure to fix immediately before my daughter moved in. The property manager is awful. If you have an issue she just hangs up on you. They have a deal with metro towing. So they tow your vehicle no matter what and claim it’s because it’s “private property”. Even though you pay for the lot.. only 1 star because I have to put something. 0 out of 5 stars.

This is the worst place to live. And the management is trash they would yell at you for no reason especially that lady named Amanda. They said hrs is from 8-5 but no one’s is there. They have 2 offices and both are always close. But when it comes to rent money they would be in your back. They always adding fees but can pay in money order or card it has to be cash and they would not give a receipt of you paying that money.
