We had a great visit with Dr. Long and her staff today. The clinic is lovely and very well kept. Dr. Long was kind, communicative and made my sister feel very supported. Riley, Jessie and Amanda were great and helped my sister feel right at home. It is always refreshing to go to a clinic that makes you and your pet feel welcomed. We appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication to being in the veterinary field.
Been seeing Dr.Kier for almost 30 years. Very knowledgeable and loves hairless cats. We bring all our hairless cats to him and he tries to take them all home .
These folks have taken great care of our Boykin Spaniel over the last 13 years. They have always been very caring, professional and thorough, from the front desk to the vets themselves. We recently had to put our old fella down and the staff was extremely caring in the whole process. They even sent us a sympathy card with hand-written notes from the whole staff. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
My husband found this veterinary clinic about a year ago when we first got our pups, and he stated he liked their service. It's been about a year, and it was time for a follow-up, so this time, I came and brought my Chihuahua for his yearly follow-up. This location is super close to our home. I am so appreciative of the amazing care my dog has received both from the vet and from the groomer affiliated with IVC! My dog has anxiety related reactivity and can be aggressive towards strangers. It was amazing that I could text upon my arrival to ensure the lobby was clear of other dogs. The meds that my pup was started on also seem to really be helping! Thank you so so much!
I moved to Charlotte /Matthews area about 5 months ago and this veterinary clinic has saved my life! It took me about two other vet appts elsewhere to realize this was going to be "My VET" (lol). Dr.Michelle & Dr. Bart are the BEST! They are both very Thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing, treating, and taking care of your animals. This is my home away from home, my senior pooches spend a lot of time in this Vet office. The staff is awesome, and the Doctors are so informative. They don't make you feel guilty for the things you cant afford but find other alternatives for your budget. What I love most is my Animals do not feel traumatized afterward. I also am so appreciative of the hours they have, i am able to drop my babies off in the morning and pick them up after work. My boyfriend and I were in town visiting and our dog got sick. We brought him in without an appointment, they worked us in right away. Everyone so kind and the vet was absolutely amazing! You could tell that he loved what he did and was truly one of the best vets we have ever encountered. They followed up to check on our dog twice and sent us a card. They went the extra mile and it meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this vet, you will NOT be disappointed!!
