In 30 years of doing rescue/fostering across five states, Dr. Bart is the BEST I have ever worked with. I drove all the way from Greensboro after reading their stellar reviews on Google and I'm so glad that I did! His staff, especially Anna, kept in touch with me day & night after I dropped off one of my rescue Pomeranians for knee surgery. This vet office is as good as it gets. Compassionate care. Efficient staff. Clean space. Dr. Long has been tending to Zoomer for 15 Years and we wouldn't have it any other way. Two thumbs up. Arf arf.
I'm never leaving Charlotte because we've finally found an amazing veterinarian team. We recently moved to a different part of Charlotte but we continue to drive back to IVC because I can't imagine taking my dog and cat anywhere else. We have had several years of nothing buy positive experiences with IVC. Everything from annual check ups to end of life experiences have been done the best possible way. The Drs. explain every step of each process clearly, acknowledging that you're an intelligent human with limited experience in animal medicine. I would highly encourage anyone to take their furry children to IVC.
I took our not so nice cat to Independence vet, and they were so kind and understanding. They were very professional, even when our mean cat was scratching at them! It was easy to get an appointment and even change my appointment when something came up. I totally recommend them to anyone!
I love, love, love, IVC! They've guided me through canine & feline routine/preventative care, major medical issues, and even end of life care for 2 of my dogs. Dr Michelle, Dr. Bart, and Dr Long have been wonderful to work with and the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and kind-hearted. I never feel like I'm just another client when I walk through the door. I just switched to this clinic and am so pleased! Everyone was extremely friendly. The doctor took a lot of time with us. It is clean and cheerful and my dog was actually really calm the whole time. It has a great vibe for animal and human.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been going to them for a year, and they just never seem to have their shit together. I've been trying to get my dogs medication for the past two weeks and I've spoken to probably six different people, and every single person gave me a different response. Not to mention a few of them were incredibly rude and I was even hung up on. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! I will start by saying it is too bad I have to give one star to this vet clinic, because under our circumstances they deserve a big "0". Please read on as a caution for your beloved fur babies protection. On 4-19-2023 I took my precious 17 month old French bulldog to this clinic for surgery. Dr. Bart Bryan performed his surgery.
