Have been a client here for several years. Yes, they are a little on the expensive side. Is it worth it, in my opinion yes. They always call the day after the visit and ask how my kitty is doing. A couple of years ago I lost one of my kitties, and they sent a sympathy card. What other vet does that. I found these folks after several bad experiences from the clinic that has the TV vet, you know who I am talking about.

For years I had a wellness plan for my dogs. It was a great deal in the early years, and I received a lot of value. Towards the end with those particular dogs, I didn't feel that it was worth it this time around, with a whole new younger dog, I decided to go out of pocket with a reputable veterinarian. We've brought our cats to ITAH for 31 years and their health needs have been extremely well taken care of.  All through the years the doctors, vet techs and front desk employees have treated us and our cats with respect and professionalism.  Dr. Hein is our current vet but on occasion we've seen other vets all of whom provide our cats with compassionate care.

Dr Ferrel is amazing. She helped us focus on quality of life and palliative care for our 14 year old canine daughter. Dr Ferrel has excellent bedside and phone manner. She was so thoughtful to call us with results and spend the time answering questions. She was reassuring that we were making choices in alignment with our quality of life goals. The office staff are always kind and helpful on the phone and in person. We are grateful to have found a great vet clinic.

We took our new puppy here for the first time and everyone was so kind and helpful! Both the vet and the tech were so knowledgeable and answered my many questions and were so sweet to our little one!

My dog Harry had just got home that day from having his eyes removed due to his diabetes issues and he was not doing well. I was told to take him to get his blood glucose tested ASAP and Indian tree animal was the closest to my house and was closing in five minutes. I called them and told them my situation and was told if I could make it there in 5 minutes I could be seen. Very nice staff. They seem to really like animals. Had a couple of hiccups ordering refills. Which is kind of annoying when you need a refill for a trip. But all in all a good place to bring your pet. My dog gets car sick on long rides so I decided to find a vet within walking distance of my home.

It's so hard to find a good vet you can trust. Indian tree has friendly staff, it's easy to get into appointments,, they take great care of our pets, and a clean facility. We have been going for years and even after moving across the city it's still worth the drive.

We've always loved Indian Tree, and Dr. Anjuli Hein. Our dogs have always been cared for and made over, every time we need anything there. We just rescued a new to us, adult dog and Dr. Hein worked him up and didn't charge us for the exam! What a great experience, as always!
