We took our new puppy to Indian Tree Animal Hospital this week for his first checkup. Wow -- what a nice surprise! Everyone from the front desk to the technician to Dr. Russell were amazing. Our little one barely realized he was getting shots. These people really love and care for animals! They even followed up with us the next day to see how our puppy was doing. We wouldn't think of taking our little Lenny K. to any other place for his health care. Thank you Indian Tree!

Amazing place!!! I took the pup in as a new patient in an emergency situation, and I will never go anywhere else after. They did not bat an eye at the fact that I had never been in before, and they were prompt and efficient. They handled my dog with patience and kindness, and it was unbelievable to see a nervous vet-goer turn into a somewhat calm patient--and I'm talking about both the dog and myself. Excellent customer service, nice facility, and outstanding care. Thanks again for all of your help.

Brought my dog in after a dog scuffle at the park. He had a swollen eye and we were concerned there may be damage to his vision. The hospital got us in within 30 mins of calling (due to a cancellation) and everyone was VERY friendly. We didn't have to wait once we arrived and the vet technician was down on hands and knees checking our dog. The vet came in and immediately gave our pup a physical and was also very gentle and kind. Absolutely the best vet I've ever been to. They treat my fur babies as if they were their own. Dr. Hein is amazing and very compassionate. This last weekend my oldest dog was having issues and they were able to squeeze me in that day. I ended up with Dr. Leach, since Dr. Hein wasn't available. I was a little nervous to not see my regular doctor but she immediately put me at ease during a very upsetting diagnosis and was very informative and compassionate with us. Dr. Leach is a great vet - very caring and kind and thorough. We've had a myriad of problems with our older dog lately, and she's always willing to come up with new / different treatments for him if something isn't working, until we find what does. She's also respectful of us as owners, and willing to follow our lead for what we do and don't want to do for him. First time pet momma and I had no idea what to do when my Zelda's paw had been bleeding due to grass seeds that got caught up in her paw (i had no idea this was the problem until my visit). They were so nice about seeing Zelda immediately, even though they were fully booked for the day. I am very pleased with my experience! I used to work at a vet clinic so I feel like I have an inside view on how clinics can be! This year I have spent a lot of money trying to find a new vet since mine retired and my dogs started to have skin problems. Most vets wouldn't spend much time with my dogs and didn't take the time to answer my questions or make us feel important! This was my first experience at any veterinarian ever and it was definitely a positive one. I think I was more nervous than my Boxer. I found everyone very warm, friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the honest feedback, help with behavioral issues, and thorough explanation of everything from vaccinations to mannerisms. Great people at this animal hospital :)
