We adopted an 8-week old puppy last week and were referred to Indian Tree from the rescue we got her from. It was a great overall experience! Everyone (including front desk staff) was helpful, informative and patient with us as new puppy parents. Dr. Leach gave us lots of practical information to make life easier. I just moved to the area and a coworker referred me here. Best vet I've ever been to! They took their time and talked about all of my concerns. They even took an extensive amount of time trying to befriend my extremely anxious dog.

Their staff are very professional and timely from the front desk to the techs to the Dr's. Our adopted doxie was experiencing back issues, they were able to see us the same day we called, did a follow up phone call the next day to talk about the x-rays and treatments but most importantly they first asked how he was doing and if the meds we started seemed to be helping! We have been in Denver for just over a year and are so grateful to find such quality vet service for our fur babies!

I updated this once already from one star to three stars but I don't think it posted that way. I am changing it because they reached out to me to try to make things right and I appreciate that. It doesn't change what had happened - trying to deny the discount they offered and forgetting to fax in my prescription twice - so I take back nothing other than the statement that they "don't care" about your animals because it is clear that they do, but the interactions I had was enough for me to have to go back to my old vet. I have been bringing my kitties to Indian Tree for 15 years. These days we usually see Dr Hein, but the entire staff is phenomenal! Everyone is kind and caring, from the vets, to the techs, to the front desk. They go out of their way to make you feel like your pet is important. My appointments never feel rushed, I'm always given all the information I need and want, and all of my options are always fully explained. Our pets are our children and Dr. Hein and everyone at this vet understands this. From the moment you walk in, you know this place really does care. It is scary moving to a new place and having to find a new vet but we are so happy we found this place. The whole waiting room is well set up and thought out so that you can avoid any doggy/kitty conflicts. It is clean, comfortable, large and the front desk staff are attentive and kind. We absolutely love taking both of our dogs to Indian Tree Animal Hospital! Our vet, Lesley Leach, is so kind and caring to the dogs. She gives us options and allows us to choose what we think is best for our dogs. We have had nothing but positive experiences with her and the rest of the staff. We always get appointments that are convenient for us. Love love love going here! In fact, we even moved further away and still drive far to get here because we love it so much.

Unfortunately I had to put a 16 year old dog down and they treated me amazing, they were very caring to my needs in such a tough time. The room they have for you is very private and comfortable for my dog.
