We have had accounts here for over 5 years. We also have 3 loans that have never been late. We were gonna open another checking and was denied. We had some negative things on our credit report that we are in process of fixing... but it takes time . They lost a good customer... hopefully soon we can move everything.

Anyone of color I would stay away. There is one individual there (Angela) that gives me problems every time I need to handle any business. I advised the branch manager in the past and she pretty much ignored my comment. Angela doesn’t need to work with the public. I assumed from the first couple of interactions it was me, however I a friend of mine go into the bank and deal with Angela and she was also treated bad. And of course she was black as well. So now I believe my assumptions are true. STAY away anyone of color.
