Among other problems solved, I requested that the cigar lighter be fixed. I picked up the car and the invoice, which was over $1,700.00, showing that every item had been resolved. Later on, I tried to use my GPS, but the sigar lighter was not functioning. I went back to the dealer, but the piece was not in stock, and I was unable to have it replaced because the part was still unavailable three months later. The service agent was always very available and courteous.
Brakes were fixed and oil changed
I have used Peoria Infiniti for about15 years and my most recent experience was just as professional and efficient as all previous visits.
James in the service department was absolutely awesome. He explained everything and fixed our vehicle quickly. I will definitely be returning with customer service like this. I don't normally like dealership due to pricing but the service was amazing.
