Tim and his team were excellent, efficient, and professional.
Infiniti of Peoria's Service Department is my go-to service shop. It all starts with Service Advisor, Josh. He is better than sliced bread. He knows his business, he's honest, and he takes care of my vehicle as if it were his own. I've never been broken down on the side of the road, and I attribute this to him and his team. Very good. Very professional.
Unfortunately, l had to return to the dealer to have grease removed from the interior that was accidentally deposited by the technician.. apart from the inconvenience, they cleaneded it off relatively quickly .. and all is good now .
