My experiences with Infiniti have all been great experiences. Tim has always made feel comfortable from the beginning. He is awesome!!! The communication is top notch and the actual work that they have done on my vehicle is fantastic. I could go on and on but I can say Tim and the service techs have been way more than I expected!!!

I had a great experience at Infiniti of Peoria starting with Noah, my salesman, who was able to answer any and all questions I had. He exhibited genuine patience and was so helpful! His boss, Roger, was also very nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was the first time in my life that I bought a car with no one else with me and with no one else giving me their 'two cents.'

I brought my QX30 in to check out a low coolant light. It was quickly diagnosed as a faulty sensor, and replaced. I was advised that my insurance would cover the cost.
