We had excellent service at our recent appointment with Infiniti! Larry Spears is so nice & efficient in insuring the job is completed right. The complementary car wash clean was awesome!

I have always had great service here, but was disappointed I was not warned of the new 3% charge for using a credit card as I don't carry checks or a debit card. I would have brought a check had I known. I was charged about $24 on a $800 service for using a credit card. I felt held hostage -- not a good way to treat a loyal service customer. Making me rethink buying another Infiniti here.
