"My service appointments are always exceptional!!!!!" I actually look forward to having my car serviced. The difference is Bill DiEdwardo's excetional concern and attention to every detail ! I only go on days or times that he has available. I can't invasion a person better in his position. He outshines everyone I've come across ---- by far! "Outstanding" Outstanding service by a knowledgeable manager. I will continue to buy Infiniti cars because of him. This was my second visit this year and everything was completed on schedule.
"Service Appointment" I had an appointment with Patrick Casey and he was amazing. I was running late due to weather and he got me in and out quickly. Great customer service!
