"Very nice" Everyone was nice. Had a appointment and the work was done at a good time. Got a lot of information on my car which is good to know
"Excellent service again" Each time I bring my 2011 Infiniti car in for routine service I always get friendly fast service. Danny the Assistant Service Manager is excellent. Taking my car in can't be any easier. Thanks again.
"Great! Cathy was super, It was done at the time they said. " Clean and ready to go, on time, no problems. Answered all my questions and fixed the clock on top of every thing. It was nicer than other problems I needed to have fixed.
"Danny was great" Danny explained everything to us in detail. At first the tech wasn't able to find two of our "rattling" noises and the next morning Danny said they were able to replicate and the issues were resolved. We were very pleased with our visit.
"Chris is the man" Christopher Tyson is an excellent customer service manager, I had an early appointment and had no wait. Chris called to tell me what type of service my car needed and I was able to pick it up in time. Chris was honest and forthright and I never feel like he's leading me astray.
"Quick and easy service" The service process with Nick is always smooth and efficient. I usually never have to wait long and he lets me know what is going on with my car.
"A pleasant experienc" From the time I arrived, I was welcomed and helped along by all of the service employees. Bill was my contact person and explained the work to done. Then made sure I was comfortable while waiting.
"Danny is great" Danny in Service Dept. is outstanding and truly looks out for his customers. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Keep up the great job Danny.
"friendly and helpful" chris is always knowledgable helpful and friendly.I am satisfied every time I bring my car in for service and I intend to keep bringing my car on a regular basis.
